The corporate entity known as “Adaptive Designs Incorporated”, dba “Adaptive Designs”, is no longer in operation.

Clients of Adaptive Designs who received products and services, including but not limited to web hosting, web design, custom application development, and other applicable services should seek remedies for continuation of services and other inquiries with the owner, Scott Fenech.

The development and sales personnel of Adaptive Designs have resigned their positions with the company due to mismanagement and financial fraud on the part of Mr. Fenech. These personnel have been released from any and all liabilities associated with the company.

The physical assets of Adaptive Designs were seized on January 20th, 2008 by George Everett, owner/operator of BBGWeb.net Information Networks Inc. This includes only the physical computer hardware, office equipment, and other properties in relation to indebtedness that had occurred between Adaptive Designs and Mr. Everett. Mr. Everett did not assume any obligations or liabilities incurred by Adaptive Designs or Scott Fenech, including but not limited to accounting records, hosting agreements or contracts, development agreements or contracts, verbal or written, expressed or implied.

Any clients who had services or the use of products developed by Adaptive Designs who wish to continue or change current services or would like assistance with migration to a service provider of their choice should contact Mr. Everett or his companies at info@bbgweb.net.
